Ana Kotevska

Ana Kotevska is a professor at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food, where she works since 2003. She teaches Management in Agriculture, Human Resource Development, Agricultural Policy, and Rural Communication and Extension. Her thesis was on modelling agricultural markets to analyse the impact of the agricultural policy.

Ever since, her main research focus is monitoring and evaluation of the agricultural policy, and the farmer behavior, especially related to agricultural policy measures. She has been leading the RRPP funded project “The impact of socio-economic structure of rural population on success of rural development policy”, and has been involved in a number of other national and international research projects.

She has been involved in RRD SWG supported projects producing policy documents since 2013. She is a member of the IPARD Monitoring Committee 2014-2020 and the Working Group for Gender Equality and Empowerment within MAFWE. She is author and co-author of a number of papers in academic journals, international conferences proceedings and chapters in monographs.
